What is your return policy?

Retrodini wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items may be exchanged for another item at full merchadise value. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is at the resposibility of the buyer. Original receipt must be included with merchadise, and merchandise must be unworn with tags attached, and returned in the same condition it came to you. Refunds are not accepted without prior consent so please contact us before mailing any item for return. Refunds are not accepted without prior consent, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do not accept refunds due to sizing unless there has been an error on our part, so please check your measurements carefully. No refunds will be accepted during Halloween season, and on special occasion garments. Questions should be directed to retrodini@verizon.net .


What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, & Paypal payments are accepted through our secure Paypal checkout. You do not need a Paypal account in order to use Paypal checkout.


How will my items ship?

Retrodini prefers to ship via US Priority Mail. Most items ship within 3 business days of recieving cleared payment. Shipping within the US is based off of weight and size. Items will be grouped into as few shipments as possible to save the buyer money. Bulky or fragile items may require additional postage at buyer's cost. Please email for International Rates.
